We are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve our sales goals and support our store's growth. As a Sales Specialist, you'll provide exceptional customer service and engage in senior-level responsibilities to foster a thriving store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales to consistently exceed personal sales targets.
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to connect customers with opportunities.
• Build relationships through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Create engaging sales presentations rooted in our training programs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor.
• Encourage customer loyalty through positive interactions.
• Assist in various store operations including merchandising and store maintenance.
• Ensure store security by managing key access and alarm codes.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support the team.
