Job descriptionComplete service requests and prepare vacant units for move-in Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more Assist with the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities Respond to after-hours calls as needed Maintain tools, supplies, and follow OSHA / EPA safety standards Deliver excellent service to residents and support a safe, welcoming community 5+ years maintenance experience (multifamily strongly preferred) HVAC experience required ; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required High school diploma or GED required Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pool maintenance (CPO a plus) Reliable transportation & basic tools Ability to work outdoors, walk property regularly, and interact professionally with residents and vendors
