Senior Occupancy Planner

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner to focus on strategic occupancy planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project initiation meetings and provide project management oversight

Develop occupancy plans and analyze space utilization data

Create executive-level reports and actionable recommendations based on data findings

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, architecture, design, construction management, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in space / occupancy planning and data management at a strategic level

Experience coordinating across multiple time zones

Familiarity with IWMS and CMMS platforms
