Position Summary : \nThe Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive and compassionate care to patients and their families. This role encompasses independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions in alignment with professional standards and unit-specific competencies. The RN delivers care across the lifespan, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nPerform comprehensive assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, and create individualized plans of care.\n\nImplement and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered outcomes.\n\nCoordinate interdisciplinary care and delegate tasks appropriately to ensure continuity and efficiency.\n\nActively engage in shared decision-making and accountability for nursing practices.\n\nPromote and maintain a professional, supportive, and safe environment of care.\n\nDemonstrate leadership by participating in quality improvement initiatives and enhancing nursing standards within the department.\n\nFoster excellent communication, collaboration, and advocacy to promote outstanding patient experiences.\n\nQualifications : \n\nCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.\n\nStrong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nCommitment to teamwork, patient advocacy, and professional development.
