Schedule : 11am 7 : 30pm and Saturdays on a rotating schedule every 2-3 weeks.

Pay Rate : $16.00

Job Responsibilities & Description for : Customer Service Representative

  • Taking customer orders via phone calls and live chat
  • Resolving customer issues via phone calls and live chat
  • Handling other department responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements for : Customer Service Representative

  • 2 years professional call center experience
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Willing and able to work nights and weekends
  • Friendly, fun to work with, & flexible
  • A self-motivated, customer-focused, superstar team player
