Program Manager - Automotive / EV Fleet

Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle company, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Operations Program Management team, supporting both engineering and operations groups. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and clear communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Program Manager - Automotive / EV Fleet Location : Foster City, CA Pay Range : $46 / hr

What's the Job?

Ensure Zoox vehicle fleets are correctly configured for their intended use, including monitoring and updating configurations.
Lead resolution of rework containment tasks by coordinating with engineering teams, technicians, and parts availability.
Maintain high fleet uptime to maximize operational and R&D fleet productivity.
Create and manage vehicle maintenance and repair process flows, including KPIs to track performance.
Identify process inefficiencies, analyze bottlenecks, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and improve service quality.
