Reviews patient information to determine normal heart rhythm pattern, current pattern and prior variances. Works cooperatively as part of a team. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications : Education : High school diploma, G.E.D. and / or current Mercy coworker.Monitor tech course completion and / or passing score of 85% on monitor tech competency exam. Other : Basic computer skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential.Excellent communication skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure is a must. Preferred Experience : Experience preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Certifications : CRAT certification preferred.
