Responsibilities Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center in various ICU units including Burn ICU, CCU, Medical ICU, SICU, and Neuro ICU Night shifts, 3x12 hours per week from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM Every other weekend required with two weekends per month Mandatory float policy to all ICU units and occasionally to Med-Surg units as needed Cerner is the charting system used No block scheduling allowed ICU RNs may be required to float to units outside of their primary competency, with team-based support provided Navy blue scrubs are required but not provided No more than 5 days of time off allowed with a maximum of 2 consecutive days; no time off approved on weekends, holidays, or immediately before or after holidays Personal transportation and parking are required; parking is available at $2 / day with a shuttle provided Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required with no exceptions Strict compliance with onboarding requirements including timely completion of lab work Requirements Active and current IL RN license required Minimum 2 years of recent acute care ICU experience Certifications required : BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS COVID vaccine required for consideration Must live within 75 miles if considered a local candidate Pending licenses will not be accepted Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-626243.
