Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Program Manager to lead the development and execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic sales initiatives and improve sales efficiency

Provide mentoring and support to sales managers while tracking performance data for continuous improvement

Lead and mentor a team responsible for content creation and training delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

7+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or program management within relevant sectors

Proven track record in leading strategic sales initiatives and mentoring sales leaders

Strong understanding of sales methodologies

Experience with sales support platforms and CRM systems is preferred
