PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Flexible Schedule : Enjoy flexibility with your working hours, allowing for a better work-life balance.
Team Environment : Work alongside a collegial team that includes 1 experienced Urologist and 3 dedicated Nurse Practitioners.
Supportive Structure : Call is well supported by the hospitalist team.
Efficient Operations : Enjoy dedicated block time with a well-trained and efficient OR staff.
Great Clinical Support : Provide clinical care with the support of an engaged and well-staffed team.

Level II Trauma Center : Providing comprehensive care with advanced facilities.

State-of-the-Art Equipment : Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.

Integrated Care : Our clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring efficient and seamless patient care.

Strong Referral Network : Benefit from a built-in referral pattern from our large health system, which includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.

COMPENSATION

$375 per hour. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
