J ackson Services ( www.jackson-services.com ) is seeking a Collection Specialist / Customer Service Representative in the Columbus, Nebraska area, to deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors, customers, potential customers, and co-workers.
The Collections Specialist / Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely account collections and accurate billing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collections & Financial Administration Contact customers regarding past-due accounts to ensure timely payments.
Process account credits and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Compile and distribute the Weekly Management Report summarizing account activity and outstanding balances.
Audit new and existing customer contracts to verify accuracy of pricing and terms.
Identify and correct any discrepancies related to contract pricing or service changes.
Generate and review loyalty program call lists and document customer responses.
Customer Service & Support Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
Communicate with route representatives and service staff to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Follow up with all parties to confirm that issues are resolved and documented.
Coordinate escalated concerns with the Service Manager as needed.
Assist in recovering product samples and coordinating product-related adjustments.
Reporting & Communication Email a weekly list of completed contract audits to management.
Maintain professional, timely, and courteous communication with internal teams and external clients.

Work Environment This position operates primarily in an office setting and regularly interacts with other departments, including accounting, sales, and service operations.
