Remote Online Notary

A company is looking for experienced Remote Online Notaries for general notary work in specific states.

Key Responsibilities

Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies

Review documents to ensure they are complete and meet legal requirements

Apply electronic notarial acts and ensure compliance with state laws governing remote online notarization

Required Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) months experience in Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary

Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course

E&O Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of $100,000

Must provide a background check dated within the last year
