Longwood Gardens is seeking a part-time Floral Arranger to support the Floristry team in the execution of floral events and daily operations. This role focuses on executing high-end floral installations for events, exhibitions, and special occasions within a dynamic and fast-paced public garden environment. Specific responsibilities include :

Producing floral arrangements for corporate, public, and internal events, maintaining Longwood's high aesthetic standards.

• Collaborating with the Floristry Manager and team to interpret and execute design directives.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and timelines.
• Maintaining floral workspaces and inventory, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including transporting and installing floral pieces.
• Communicating professionally with internal departments and external vendors as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess :

A minimum of 3 years in floral services
