Experience in troubleshooting and repair of Heavy Construction Equipment, CAT preferred
Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communicationsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to troubleshoot technical problems, meet or exceed labor repair guidelines, possesses the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasksCDL License preferredResponsibilities :

Troubleshoot problemsEfficiently utilize resources to correct problemsDocument steps taken to correct problemsMaximize the efficient use of service and repair processes to provide fast accurate service and minimize unnecessary expense
Plan proper repair procedures for efficiencyEfficiently utilize tooling and technical resourcesContinually improve key processesEffectively communicate status of repair work with supervisorSuccessfully contribute towards building a culture of safety through completion of all safety initiatives and demonstrating safe work habits
Complete / attend all safety meetings, computer-based safety training, safety audits, and other safety training as assignedWork in a proactive, safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies, and trainingImmediately resolve and / or report all safety issues to supervisorMaintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all Contamination Control InitiativesQualifications :

Standing and walking (including on uneven surfaces)Sitting, body rotation, and forward bending (in both sitting and standing positions)Lifting up to 60 lbs.
