Senior Manager, Configuration

A company is looking for a Senior Manager to lead their Configuration Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of System Analysts and configuration specialists, focusing on performance and development

Oversee production deployments, incident resolution, and analyze business requests for system configurations

Continuously improve configuration processes and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Change Control procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management, MIS, CIS, CS, or equivalent experience

Minimum 8+ years of team leadership experience in IT, preferably in Financial or Prepaid Technologies

Strong technical background with knowledge of ServiceNow / JIRA, Microsoft SQL Server, and Core / Enterprise Java

Experience in process re-engineering consulting or change management is a strong plus

Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
