Job Title : Machine OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled machine operator who will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of presses with up to 75-ton capacity, manual lathes, and other equipment to produce deep draw formed products to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate press shop equipment, including specialized manual lathes, air, pedestal, and centerless grinders, belt and disc sanders, forklifts, and wood saws.
• Setup and operate level B press shop equipment such as hydraulic presses up to 75 tons, parts washers, vibratory machines, and other cleaning equipment.
• Operate foot shears, manual and air.
• Setup and operate die sets and use precision measuring hand tools to verify conformance of parts to specifications.
• Visually identify defects and build wood shipping containers.
• Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards and perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
