People Analytic Consultant- The Auto Club Group

What you will do :

Reports to : Manager or above

The People Analytics Consultant leads complex analytics projects from initial analysis through insight delivery while providing consultative support to business leaders on workforce decisions. This role translates business questions into analytical frameworks, develops statistical models, and delivers actionable insights that drive organizational effectiveness and talent optimization initiatives. The consultant builds relationships with functional leaders, manages People Analytics platform governance, and drives adoption of analytics tools across the organization to build sustainable data-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics Projects & Strategic Consultation : Partner with functional leaders to solve business challenges through analytics
• Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and research questions
• Apply advanced statistical methods, analytical modeling, and machine learning techniques
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership through compelling data narratives
• Support implementation of data-driven initiatives and monitor effectiveness
• Analytics Adoption & Capability Building : Build organizational analytics capabilities through training and change management
• Create documentation and best practice guides for analytics tools and methodologies
• Partner across HR and external business lines to execute on analytics roadmap
