Job Type : Temporary (6 months) with potential for permanent placement

Position Overview : Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional support across our suite of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.

Important Screening Requirements :

  • A Screening guide will be used when evaluating candidates.
  • A written assessment is required before the first interview. Details will be provided during the Spotlight Call with hiring managers.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with technology platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience managing escalated customer concerns
  • Background in a call center environment
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Sales and customer retention experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert-level telephone and e-support for products and services
  • Address customer inquiries related to delivery, billing, account administration, pricing, content, technical support, and navigation
  • Retain customers and foster loyalty through professional and efficient service
  • Resolve customer concerns with enthusiasm and superior service standards
  • Follow all procedures from issue initiation to resolution
  • Pursue ongoing self-improvement and product / process training
  • Exercise independent judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues
  • Interact professionally with high-value customers and internal executives when necessary
