Senior Manager of Finance

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A and Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Provide strategic insights and support decision-making through financial analysis and scenario modeling

Drive improvements in financial processes and implement innovative finance technologies

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity

Strong analytical and modeling skills, particularly with Excel and financial planning tools

Experience in a healthcare or high-growth startup environment is preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills
