Job Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Assist clients with daily living activities in their homes.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the nurse or supervisor.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow care plans and agency policies to ensure safety and quality care.
