Product Liability Associate Attorney

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Liability Associate to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending complex product liability matters, including pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer product, and automotive cases. This role requires excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Defend product liability and complex tort cases in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery and case preparation.
• Research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory issues.
• Work closely with clients, experts, and co-counsel to develop case strategy.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
