Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the quarterly go-to-market (GTM) strategic planning process for our wireless business. In this role, you will provide program management support to ensure GTM initiatives are coordinated, tracked, and executed on schedule. You'll partner closely with the Senior Manager, who leads the planning and execution process, as well as cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in bringing structure to complex initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables, and supporting alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in wireless, telecom, or technology

Skills and Qualifications :

This is a 100% in-office position located in Littleton, CO

Familiarity with go-to-market planning, strategic programs, or cross-functional execution processes

Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Experience with program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project)

Collaborative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary Ranges

Compensation : $83,950.00 / Year - $119,900.00 / Year
