Pay Range : $100 / hr - $110 / hr

Job Summary :

We're seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for installing new applications, upgrading existing ones, configuring settings, and offering go-live and rollout support. This role involves direct support to users on new applications and functionalities, ensuring effective troubleshooting, and enhancing application performance based on user feedback. The ideal candidate will assist with system evaluations and modifications, create and test plans for new systems or upgrades, and maintain comprehensive documentation and support materials.

Key Responsibilities :

Install new applications, configure settings, and provide go-live and rollout support.

Offer user support for new applications, modules, and functionalities, including troubleshooting.

Evaluate and analyze business / clinical needs to ensure system configurations meet user requirements.

Design, document, and execute test plans for system upgrades or modifications.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and support materials; provide 24x7 customer support on a rotating basis.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Proficient in creating and executing detailed test plans.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Industry Experience :

Experience in the clinical or business domain relevant to the application(s) supported is required.
