Our established healthcare finance client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to support a major data migration to Workday . This fully remote role requires strong AP automation experience, particularly with Workday , Power Automate , and advanced Excel . Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable : Manage full-cycle AP including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and payment execution.
- Automation & Efficiency : Automate AP workflows using Power Automate and other tools to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Workday Expertise : Utilize Workday ERP for AP processing, reporting, and integration support during data migration.
- Data Analysis : Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) to analyze AP data and provide insights.
- Vendor Relations : Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain strong vendor communications.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial regulations.
- Collaboration : Partner with finance, procurement, and cross-functional teams to align processes.
Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years in Accounts Payable, with hands-on experience automating AP workflows.Must have working systems proficiency t in Workday , Power Automate , and advanced Excel .Process Improvement : Demonstrated success in streamlining and automating AP operations.Detail-Oriented : Strong accuracy in invoice handling, reconciliations, and data management.Remote Skills : Effective communication and self-management in a fully remote setting.Availability : Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.Education : Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (not required with relevant experience).Preferred
Experience in healthcare or medical industries .Familiarity with compliance and reporting in regulated environments
