Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Ullin, IL

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time (Onsite)

Compensation : $43,000 - $68,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy services to children and / or adults in an educational or clinical setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, families, and healthcare professionals to support communication development and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans.

Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and professional development activities.

Provide crisis intervention support and maintain training in nonviolent crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain it.

Current Illinois SLP License (preferred).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.
