Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist
We're seeking a proactive and people-oriented Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our remote team. This role combines world-class customer support with outbound sales prospecting to support our growing brand in the food & beverage space. If you're energized by great conversations, solving customer problems, and helping sales teams close more dealsyou'll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support :
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating when appropriate
- Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and build customer loyalty
- Maintain detailed customer records and case notes in our CRM system
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects our brand values
