The Role

GitKraken is seeking a GTM Engineer to join the marketing team to design, manage, and administer scalable systems that drive go-to-market efficiency. In this hands-on role, you'll bridge our technical product capabilities and our go-to-market execution, creating scalable processes that minimize manual work and unlock revenue bottlenecks. You'll serve as the technical architect of our HubSpot ecosystem, building automation workflows and ensuring data quality that enables our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing teams to focus on what they do best growing our business and delighting developers.

What You'll Do

Own HubSpot as Our CRM Command Center

• Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations), maintaining system health and optimizing performance
• Build sophisticated automated workflows that eliminate manual tasks and reduce context switching for our GTM teams
• Design and implement custom-coded actions and advanced automations to streamline complex multi-step processes
• Configure seamless integrations between HubSpot and our developer tooling tech stack through APIs and native connections
• Connect HubSpot to our AI systems (Claude and ChatGPT) to bring the power of this data into our AI workflows.
