This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.
Responsibilities include :
- Building and managing teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees / teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives.
- Facilitating performance and career development of employees / teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills.
- Managing solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met.
- Managing relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization.
- Contributing to the technology strategy for their technical domain.
- Creating an inclusive and healthy working environment and helping to resolve organizational impediments / blockers.
- Ensuring that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with product management and other stakeholders.

10+ years of experience with network solutions with prior architecture and / or architecture group lead experience.Work across the business lines, network operations and technology teams to evaluate and create architectural visions for complex technology solutions.Prioritize functional and non-functional requirements into workload backlog using Kanban, JIRA and Agile methodologies.Strong knowledge, configuration and trouble-shooting skills of routing protocols to include ISIS and BGP.Must demonstrate strong experience with IP multicast, Route Reflectors, MPLS, LDP, Segment Routing (SR-MPLS / SRv6), L2VPN and L3VPN (Unicast / Multicast).Must have strong network security knowledge and familiarization with segmentation, virtualization, cryptography, digital certificates, secure key management and encryption protocols (TLS, IPSEC, MACSec).Familiarization with data center protocols such as EVPN & VXLAN.Familiarization with optical transport technologies such as DWDM and 400G / 800G-ZR / ZR+.Knowledgeable with QoS concepts and queuing strategies, experience with QoS configurations, diagnosing and tuning of QoS and performing bandwidth analysis.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex multi-layered network environment.Excellent customer service skills including reporting, organization, written and oral communication and task prioritization.Cisco CCNA / CCNP / CCIE routing certifications or equivalent work experience required.Desired qualifications include :
Architecture experience within a large service provider.Strong program management skills necessary to lead multi-discipline technology teams.Strong executive leadership communications skills.Skills include :
