General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage management (coffee-specific experience highly preferred)Proven success managing and developing a team of 10+ staffStrong background in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L oversightFamiliarity with industry-standard POS and inventory systemsAvailability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as business requiresServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)Must Haves
Lead and execute weekly coffee cuppings and seasonal menu launchesPartner with senior barista and culinary leads to innovate guest experiences and product offeringsManage vendor relationships and community partnerships to uphold brand standardsRefine FOH systems to deliver luxury service with operational efficiencyCoach team on elevated hospitality and upselling techniquesPreferred Background & Skills
