Must have : Experience reading electrical schematics or blueprints

Misc : This role is 100% on-site

Job Description :

Seeking a hands-on Electrical / Manufacturing Technician to support product development, process improvement, and production activities. Responsibilities include building prototypes and new products, developing detailed work instructions, and ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, assembling complex cable and wire harnesses, training operators, and supporting equipment setup or upgrades.

Qualifications :

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or cable / wire harness assembly

Strong understanding of process development and quality standards

Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed specifications

Proficient in equipment troubleshooting and process documentation

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
