Overseeing store operations, managing and developing staff, and ensuring profitability by maintaining high standards for merchandising, customer service, and store appearance

Key duties include recruiting and hiring, training associates, performing opening and closing procedures, controlling expenses, managing freight, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

• Team Management : Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing store team to provide excellent customer service
• Store Operations : Perform all opening and closing procedures, manage daily store activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Merchandising : Implement merchandising direction, maintain high standards for product placement, displays, and signage to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
• Profitability & Asset Protection : Manage the profitable operation of the store, control expenses, and protect company assets, including cash and merchandise
• Customer Service : Ensure a high level of customer service is provided by the store team, creating a positive and welcoming environment
• Freight Management : Oversee freight processing and ensure strong productivity in managing incoming merchandise
• Problem-Solving : Address operational challenges and implement creative solutions to improve store performance
