Job Description :

• Provides project management and oversight for NEN operations including account and service management IMAC processing hardware / software tracking and inventory control.
• Coordinates and maintains NEN documentation and scheduling such as Seat Deployment Schedules technical refresh plans and shipment tracking using Navy Enterprise Tools (NET).
• Manages endpoint deployments and data migrations ensuring accurate asset tracking order entry funding requests and documentation updates within NET.
• Supports user assistance and technical troubleshooting for NEN and NMCI environments providing Tier 0 / Tier 1 seat support elevated permissions for installations and acting as a Cryptographic Log-On Trusted Agent (TA) for SIPRNet token issuance.
• Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) share drive permissions and file storage coordination; provides training on NEN tools and collects user feedback.
• Evaluates new NEN CLIN offerings prepares technical and departmental reports and supports data consolidation and reporting through spreadsheets databases and automated tools.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelors level degree.
• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET) CLIN offerings and NEN ordering.
