Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist, provides support to the marketing team to optimize the organization's digital marketing programs with a focus on content creation and management. This role will oversee social media management platform HootSuite, engage customers via social comments / DMs and compile social media analytic reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, content, etc.).
• Monitor all social channels via HootSuite
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and emerging digital tools.
• Ensure all content and campaigns are optimized for search engines and follow brand guidelines.
