Be the friendly, first point of contact for our clients, answering calls and responding to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Help clients navigate questions about their accounts, policies, or general information about the agency.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to a positive and supportive office atmosphere.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or a related role (at least 1 year preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for active listening.

Proficiency in using computers and common office software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy office setting.
