Key Responsibilities :

Guest Service & Support

Greet guests warmly and assist in seating when needed.

Promptly clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils.

Reset tables quickly and neatly to maintain a polished appearance.

Support servers by delivering water and additional table items.

Anticipate guest needs and assist in creating a seamless wine-tasting experience.

Operations & Teamwork

Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service flow.

Assist in stocking glassware, utensils, linens, and other service items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.

Cleanliness & Safety

Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines, especially regarding glassware and wine service.

Remove trash and recyclables promptly and maintain clean walkways.

Report spills or hazards immediately to prevent accidents.
