Overview
The Power Electronics & Test Validation team is looking for an electrical engineer specifically with power electronics for EV and renewable energy expertise.
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and control.
- Review schematic, PCB designs, calculation and simulation of power electronics converters.
- Conduct the verification and validation tests for power electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry and requirements.
- Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of power electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scope, etc.).
- Capability to analysis the root-cause of the power electronics system and drive R&D activities independently.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Qualifications
M. S degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field preferredMinimum 5 years experience with strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of power electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scope, etc.).Minimum 5 years experience with strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and control.5+ years of experience in power electronics development and testing.Solid understanding power electronics fundamentals.Knowledge of automotive requirements.We thank all applicants for their interest.
