We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish / or French Canadian Customer Service Representative to join our team in Torrance, California. As part of our manufacturing industry, this position requires a customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate, troubleshoot, and provide outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing empathetic and attentive support.
  • Recommend and sell products or services tailored to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Accurately input customer information and inquiry details into company databases.
  • Apply technical expertise to resolve product-related issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills, passing any required assessments.
  • Provide feedback and report trends observed during customer interactions to the management team.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility in scheduling, including occasional weekend shifts as needed.
  • Previous experience in a customer service call center environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to products and appliances.
  • Familiarity with coffee and espresso beans, with appreciation for coffee shop culture.
  • Proficiency in using technology and systems for customer service tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
  • Capability to work a variable schedule, including overtime and occasional weekends.
  • Commitment to growth and continuous learning with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual French Canadian or Spanish
