This is where you come in – we’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team.

Summary :

The Financial Analyst supports THOR Industries’ Finance team by providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and data driven recommendations to help guide business decisions. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, this role is responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, maintaining key performance dashboards, and assisting with a variety of financial projects across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Create and manage Microsoft Excel worksheets to assist in financial analysis
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis functions
  • Analyze current data to assist the Finance department
  • Ultilize Power BI for daily and monthly reporting
  • Other financial duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Two or more years of full-time, applicable experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Power BI experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently on projects
