Senior HCM & WFM Consultant

A company is looking for a HCM & Workforce Management (WFM)-Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workstreams in the implementation of HCM and WFM solutions, including Core HR and Payroll

Assess client HR processes and translate business requirements into system configurations

Advise clients on best practices in HCM and WFM, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field; Master's / MBA is a plus

5+ years of experience in HCM and / or WFM consulting or systems implementation

Strong hands-on expertise with leading platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud or Workday

Deep understanding of HR processes and workforce management operations

Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations
