Where You'll Work

As part of SouthEast Alaska Regional

Health Consortium, Ethel Lund Medical Center (ELMC) in Juneau

provides medical services to the Juneau community in its

state-of-the-art, recently renovated building. The clinic's

namesake, Ethel Lund, was one of nine women who founded SEARHC in

1975. Its founders believed building healthy families requires the

integration of cultural practices, and traditional medicines and

foods. Their leadership helped advance SEARHC into the nationally

recognized tribal healthcare organization it is today.

of about 32,000, the city fosters connections through clubs,

this charming city is the state capital and an ideal place to live

and work.

The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health
