Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site contact for participants during electronic testing sessions
Monitor and manage testing environments to ensure compliance with all testing guidelines
Check in participants and verify prerequisites and pre-work completion
Assist with basic computer login and navigation issues
Maintain testing schedules, equipment readiness, classroom supplies, and overall room organization
Conduct post-session cleanup and reset of testing areas
Escalate issues or concerns promptly to the Delivery Services Manager
Provide regular status updates to leadership as required
Support instructors during training sessions (e.g., distributing materials, assisting students with computers, ensuring lab safety)
Stay current on required content and testing procedures
High-performing individuals may be considered for future instructor opportunities based on business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong customer service mindset with a professional, courteous demeanor
Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications (Microsoft Excel experience preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness and ability to support all Puget Sound locations (Everett, Seattle, Renton)
Flexible availability to support varying shifts as needed
