Job Title : Locum - Physician - Surgery - Orthopedic Summary :

Join a dedicated team at a Level II Trauma center located in Tacoma, WA. This position involves covering 2 weeks per month at a facility known for its commitment to quality patient care. The healthcare environment boasts modern facilities and offers an opportunity to work alongside a supportive staff, making a significant impact in the community.

Responsibilities :

• Provide orthopedic surgical care, including a full spectrum of cases minus complex pelvic issues.
• Cover the emergency room 24 / 7 with dedicated PA support.
• Engage in outpatient clinics for three days each week, focusing on patient evaluations and follow-ups.
• Manage a varying patient load of 0-7 admissions per day.
• Collaborate with hospital support staff and medical assistants in the outpatient clinic.
• Participate in ongoing coverage for up to 6-9 months.
