We are a fast-moving mobile app company looking for a strategic and data-driven Audience Development Leader to drive audience growth and maximize user acquisition. This role is for someone who thrives on experimentation, competition analysis, and relentless optimization—a true growth hacker who is obsessed with scaling user acquisition from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Engineer scalable, high-impact acquisition strategies to drive paid and organic user growth across diverse platforms.
- Continuously A / B test, optimize, and automate audience acquisition campaigns using machine learning-driven insights.
- Build data-driven, full-funnel growth loops that maximize user retention and lifetime value (LTV).
- Use predictive analytics and market intelligence to uncover high-impact growth opportunities before they emerge.
- Stay ahead of the competition by continuously analyzing trends, strategies, and whitespace opportunities in the market.
- Take a critical, first-principles approach—if competitors aren’t pursuing an obvious win, uncover the why and capitalize on the opportunity.
- Push media buys beyond the status quo, designing agile and innovative acquisition tactics.
- Identify platform inefficiencies and algorithm exploits to drive down acquisition costs while scaling reach.
- Automate and optimize ad bidding, audience segmentation, and creative testing with performance marketing tools.
- Empower and mentor a high-performing growth team, ensuring they have the best agile strategies and tools.
- Create repeatable, scalable processes and frameworks for audience acquisition.
- Foster a collaborative, fast-moving culture that thrives on candid feedback and data-driven, innovative decision-making.
What You’ll Need
3+ years in user acquisition, digital marketing, or audience development with a focus on agile experimentation.Proven experience scaling acquisition efficiently from zero to one.Deep understanding of paid media, organic growth, A / B testing, and funnel optimization.Strong analytical mindset—knows how to interpret data and make real-time, efficiency-driven optimizations.Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for fostering agility, innovation, and high-performing teams.Why ReachMobi?
