Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiology Nurse to join our team at the Plaza location, specifically within the Cardio Wellness and Hypertension Clinic. This role involves providing essential patient education, managing patient discharge processes after office visits, writing necessary orders, and addressing patient inquiries regarding prescriptions and follow-up procedures. The successful candidate will also travel to outreach locations as assigned and help oversee patients referred to our hypertension clinic management program.
