Join our Palliative and Hospice Care Team!

Parkview Health is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join its well-established and respected team in Fort Wayne, Indiana .

Position Highlights :

• Full-time position : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Schedule Flexibility available, No nights!
• The role includes patient care at Parkview Randallia, Parkview Regional Medical Center and various Extended Care Facilities. Parkview Randallia houses an inpatient hospice unit.
• Call : 1 : 6 phone-based only
• Board eligibility or certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred.
• Experience the power of collaborative care where you'll work alongside a highly respected Palliative Care Team delivering both inpatient and outpatient services across the Fort Wayne region while collaborating with the hospice team in northeast Indiana.
• Our team is highly integrated and well-connected across the continuum of care, ensuring patients experience seamless transitions between care settingsfrom hospital to hospice to home.
