The client is non-verbal, total care, and has a G-tube. He is extremely pleasant and enjoys sensory toys and music. There is a hoyer lift in the home for transfers, but the nurse must be able to reposition the client in bed.\n\nThis is a long-term, established homecare case. Great family neighborhood.
