Job descriptionCollaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare detailed cost estimates and risk assessments for construction projects. Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to align with project goals. Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Provide support to the project team during the transition from pre-construction to construction phases. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all pre-construction activities. Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department. A strong background in pre-construction management within the construction field. Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and regulations. A solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail for managing complex projects.
