Gastroenterology Hospitalist Needed in Colorado Springs

Job descriptionCover one hospital, Memorial Central. Focus on inpatient and outpatient GI procedures. Work with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who will handle consults, follow-ups, and phone calls, allowing the hospitalist to concentrate on procedures and rounding. Round with the APPs and attest to their notes. Perform outpatient procedures on weekdays only (no weekends); typically, 6 outpatients per day. Start at 7 AM and end around 5 PM most days. Take night call from home, with rare emergent procedures requiring hospital presence. Option 1 : 7 days on, 7 days off, full 24 hours each day. Option 2 : 7 daytimes on, 7 days off, no nights. Option 3 : 5 days on each week, including nights Option 4 : 5 daytimes on each week, no nights Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology. Licensed to practice medicine in Colorado. Strong clinical and procedural skills in gastroenterology. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
