In this role, you will execute the Executive Protection Program, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while managing all the aspects of security for the Executive Committee, and other senior leaders. Reporting to the Executive Services Senior Manager, this role requires extensive experience in executive protection, including domestic and international operations. This role calls for exceptional professionalism, emotional intelligence, exemplary judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality. The ability to excel in a challenging and fast-moving environment is imperative. The ideal candidate will be a respected authority and innovator in executive protection, delivering top-tier support, building strong connections within the organization, and shaping high-level security strategies.

Executive Protection & Security Planning

• Support security planning, logistics, and implementation for executive travel, events, and functions, including domestic and international trips, Executive Committee meetings, Board of Director meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate activities
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks impacting executive leadership or major corporate events
• Develop and implement safety plans for routine and threat-based scenarios
• Conduct advance planning for travel, hotels, and event venues; brief executives and staff on safety protocols
• Provide on-site security for events as needed, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, external agencies, and law enforcement personnel

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $101,600.00 - $152,400.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
