Job description

Position : Memory Care L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) Full-Time Days or Nights

Shift : 6 : 45a-7 : 15p OR 6 : 45p-7 : 15a

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist residents with personal care (dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming),
  • Light housekeeping tasks
  • Laundry
  • Medication administration
  • Cooking meals for residents
  • Activities and resident engagement

We want you to join our team as a L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) because you are :

  • Skilled in providing care to those needing minimal personal care to total care
  • Knowledgeable about medication management and dementia
  • Willing to assist with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and activities
  • Proactive in your service
  • Gifted in making those around you feel loved and engaged
  • Reliable in your commitments
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in working with adults with memory impairment
  • Team-oriented

    • How do you become our next L1MA (Level One Medication Aide)?

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Pass a background check
  • Have the ability to lift and / or move items up to 50lbs
  • Have experience caring for persons with memory, mental, and or physical challenges
  • Have a positive, engaging, and proactive approach
  • Have a valid L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) certification through the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS)
